Really pleased with the service

This is an amazing bank for business customers. I love the shelves where I can put money aside for different things: VAT, tax etc. They were also a great help when I was charged by a company for items I never received they just took the problem over and dealt with it for me keeping me posted with emails along the way until my money was returned. Love the tools and the comms. I'm getting a tonne more functionality than my previous traditional bank for free and they were charging me £6.50 a month. The easy access and visibility via the app is gamechanging. The Spaces function means I can sort tax provision, save and track my VAT as well as manage subcontractor fees so easily. the integrated apps mean it connects seamlessly with my accounting software - literally couldn't be happier. Whenever I've had a query - the 'help' message tool (straight from the app) has been fast and effective. That would have been a tedious online 'bot' or a lost hour on a helpline with my old bank. Perfect for what I need

I was with a large bank when I set up my small sole trader business and was fed up of being charged £6 a month just to have an account I looked up Stsrling and everything with easy friendly and I decided to switch which was painless and I wount be looking back their business account is great for me because my business is run as well as a full time job, their app makes it so easy to categories what I’m spending money on and transfers cost a fraction of what they did with my big bank. Best banking experience so far

I can pay in checks with ease, manage all aspects of my business and have support on hand when needed. Couldn't recommend more. Only - is the lack of business overdraft witch would help on months with a short fall. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

What more could you ask for in a business bank account

Easy to set the account up, from the comfort of your own chair at home. Facilities on offer cover everything I could want. Simple process for paying in cheques electronically - no glitches or ‘please try again’ like other apps I have used. And best of all - no charges for small businesses like me. Brilliant. Easy and secure

I have many businesses with other banking and have started using starling bank recently. I am in the process of moving other banks onto starling as I find the app very user friendly and easy to use, with the service I receive it is by far the best banking I have used to date.
