Better than high street banks

I tried to open a business account with my own bank and with a bank that I previously used for business. These both took far to long and one in particular not at all helpful Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

Not to be trusted with your business transactions.

Not to be trusted with your business transactions. several times I received money from abroad from my customers only to pay to my vendors, they kept my money for long periods each time and didn’t provide any information about it. In the end, it was always “we’re sorry but this is how we work” response I got from them. That’s why I moved majority of my business transactions to Barclays. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

Excellent

Everything about Starling is great!

Everything about Starling is great for my small business! The App is well designed and easy to navigate, without any complications. The communications are well written and not too frequent. Logging in is a breeze, either on the move or at my desk and generally Starling is constantly thinking of ways to improve and engage its customers. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024
