Completely FREE and simple and easy to use and navigate

The APP both for mobile and desktop is easy to use and what's better is its FREE - no monthly fee. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

Never had any issues with Starling.

Never had any issues with Starling. Easy to open a Business account. App is really simple and easy to use. Never as yet had to contact Customer Services which means never encountered any issues. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

Better than high street banks

I tried to open a business account with my own bank and with a bank that I previously used for business. These both took far to long and one in particular not at all helpful Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

Not to be trusted with your business transactions.

Not to be trusted with your business transactions. several times I received money from abroad from my customers only to pay to my vendors, they kept my money for long periods each time and didn’t provide any information about it. In the end, it was always “we’re sorry but this is how we work” response I got from them. That’s why I moved majority of my business transactions to Barclays. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

Excellent
