Fantastic Business Account - Quick in every way

In July 2020, I tried to open a business account with Barclays (where I have been a customer for 20+ years). I am STILL waiting! Starling did everything on a very short time and their helpdesk is phenomenally efficient. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

Been onboard for just four months with two Business and one Personal Accounts but have not experienced any problem, hiccup or issue whatsoever. The App using iPhone and iPad is seamless, very easy to use and transactions in or out show and notified immediately! Using the Online site seems fine if you prefer to transact using a larger screen. And the zero Charges for the facility, well....! Only a very slight issue, timing to receive cheques over £500 through the post can take up to and sometimes over a week to hit your account. However, no hesitation whatsoever to recommend Starling which we do to our own customers. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

very poor customer service
