Variable Customer Service

Click, swipe. All your banking done in one place

No going to the bank in the high street. No queueing , no wasting time , Like you do with the big boys. The more they close branches the more the queues get longer. With Starling it’s all on the app,. Putting cash into account, no problem. Pop along to a quiet Post Office branch like me. The app even takes a cheque. Take Photo , Click, it’s done. Fantastic Bank

This bank has real UK based staff 24 hours a day unlike others. You call with a query and it’s dealt with instantly by very able and polite staff. I can’t rate Starling highly enough. Try them for yourself, I’m sure that you won’t be disappointed. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021
