Amazing on all counts

Intuitive, modern and just how a bank should work. It's so good to be able to add receipts at the point of purchase. If you forget your passwords you reset by sending a video to get verification. Fantastic customer service. I bank with Lloyds and NatWest as well and they are dinosaurs compared to Starling. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

A breath of fresh air

I feel more in control with my finances, I get notifications of money as it arrives and as it leaves. I like the spaces feature. This is like having separate accounts for tax, savings etc. This is a bank that is in touch with the way we live our lives now not way back in the last century. Keep innovating please.
