Nomination of Starling Bank for Bank of the Year 2021

Starling have provided us with a first class service since opening our account. I have now also opened a Personal account on strength of the service. Reviewed on: 9th March 2021

Very very VERY good bank

Application was quick and easy even at the height of the Covid pandemic i managed to open my business account in a decent amount of space. I’d tried to open with a few high street banks it took too long. TOO LONG. Once i was open i set up all my direct debits etc. App is great. Simple. Easy to use. Can get everything done on it. Hoping starling lets you have more than one business bank with them soon as i’d like to keep the incomings and outgoings of the business separate at some point. Otherwise cant fault them. Amazingly simple to use but effective Business account

Honestly don't know why there are other banks

Honestly not sure why you'd choose to go with any other bank for your business. It's quick and easy to signup. I had my business account open and with a card on the way within under 10 minutes of applying for a business account. Reviewed on: 8th March 2021

Efficient, clear and easy to use the app

The app is great, it is clear and easy to use with lots of security features making it very safe. I have had a couple of queries which the customer service team have helped me with quickly and efficiently. It basically does everything I need my business account to do and more - allocating payments to certain things, separating money using the "Spaces" page etc. Reviewed on: 8th March 2021

Could not be easier
