If Carlsberg did Banks.....

Are all the high street banks playing catch up with Starling? Those long-established corporate white ivory tower banks are as far away from what the customer wants when managing day-to-day money and long-term plans as it is possible to get. All are now copying and bringing in elements that have existed in Staring since the day I joined, and they only improve and get better. My account took three days to open and be fully operational; my business account took four days, including a weekend! The app's functionality is well thought out and works, giving us the customer an efficient, user-friendly money managing experience. Simply Brilliant. Reviewed on: 18th February 2021

Easy and stress free

I switched to Starling business current account from elsewhere. Starling is so easy to use, easy to categorise expenses. I have been so stressed over the lockdown with lack of income with my previous bank being very unsupportive. I nearly cried with relief when I finally managed the switch to Starling bank. "Does what it says on the tin"

I know, I know, it's a lazy cliché but that's exactly what I want from my business bank. To do what I need it to do, quickly, intuitively and without fuss. It's a year on from my last review and the sentiment remains he same. The few times I've needed help, online support has been on-the-ball, and sorted my query within a short time. No lengthy waits on a phone playing awful "musac". Fees are an important element to me as a small business and their continued support for free business banking is a winner in my book. But, to be fair, I'd even accept (small!) transactional charges for the rest of benefits they've provided me. I can only thank NatWest for dumping their small business accounts unceremoniously and forcing my hand to look around. I haven't looked back! Reviewed on: 18th February 2021

Business bank switch

Not only was this the most seamless transition to a new bank but it also turns out that the entire interface is ultra user friendly from login to whatever it is you want to do when you're in. Bin the old tired monopolies and go Starling. I'll be switching my joint personal next from Barclays Reviewed on: 18th February 2021

It isn't broken

when I opened my account with Starling the whole process was claimed to take around 20 minutes. I was very sceptical but pleasantly proved right when I applied and the setup was a breeze. I have since switched to a business account and the service has been faultless with no loss of service and amazingly fast processing times. To recommend Starling is as they say a no brainer, it works so doesn't need fixing. Great app that lets me know within a split second when I spend or receive money leaving me more time to get on with the important bit of earning an income. Awesome bank never been so in control of the finances

Love being in so much control of what comes in to what goes out. Never had any issues since I got the account was so impressed I changed my personal account after being with that bank since the age of 7. Reviewed on: 18th February 2021

Superb bank
