Magnificent, best bank I have ever used

I can't tell you how good Starling are. I have banked with all of the major banks over the last 30 odd years of being in business and none have the customer service and ease of use that Starling has. I tried opening up a new account with a bank I already use for another business, but after 3 weeks I was getting nowhere. I googled for new banks and found Starling who offered everything I needed, chq payments, overseas payments, integration with Xero etc. In two hours I had a bank account open. Since then I've had a couple of queries and using the message option in the app they've been sorted in minutes. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2020

it has transformed my life

I was with HSBC before . I was always faced with a wall of security questions , codes and passwords before i could do anything . Starling has ben built without banking legacy systems and as a result is customer focussed . It is a joy . thank you Reviewed on: 31st January 2020

Starling Bank rocks my new business banking needs

ON starting a new business, having had two traditional banks for a dozen years, I wanted to go with those I knew. But they made it hard and Starling was easy, helpful and as a alternatively new challenger bank i felt an affiliation with my own position so decided to dare to change, and wow I have been so rewarded. Very impressed

I had not heard of Starling Bank until recently and was slightly sceptical about opening my personal and business account, but I am extremely impressed with both accounts. Every thing is made so easy, from the initial step of opening the account, to daily payments and transfers. I would say it is totally modern banking, which is easy and stress free. Makes my life so much easier

I moved two business and one personal account to Starling in December 2019. Totally seamless and easy transition from RBS. The help chat is efficient and my favourite feature is the wonderful ‘Spaces’ which allows me to effortlessly save for special events, treats, commitments ( like Corporation Tax on my business accounts) and move money around easily and in a way which can almost be described as fun.
