A straight forward business account now with web access too

Working as an IT contractor with no need to handle cash, I found the Starling business bank account to be absolutely perfect for my use. It just works and so far has been nearly 100% running at all times. Somehow it is free. Reviewed on: 4th January 2020

By far the best bank with a great app interface

I love starling bank business and current account. Everything is so simple, such as change of address through the app. Starling always has a representative who replies almost instantly to any query. It's so easy to use yet with such a clean app interface doesn't make you feel like your using some cheap second rate admin company....it feels like a modern bank. If I were to design my own bank as a customer I couldn't improve on them! Reviewed on: 4th January 2020

Free Business Banking

Free, does what I need, has improved (e.g. access via web browser for PCs). I deduct one star because the UI is not intuitive (e.g. need to press "pay" before entering the payment details, rather than conclude the payment). Withhold one star for the future possibility that interest is paid on balances. Reviewed on: 4th January 2020

Simple and Easy to use

In this digital world, i like things quick and easy and Starling are 1 of the few banks that enable simple, clear instructions and ease of use. App is 1 of the best and most straight forward I've come across, customer service is on hand and efficient when required. Easy to use abroad with no qualms, card is very fancy looking also I must say. Would move all my accounts over to Starling if I could, at least switching business accounts over from a High Street bank wasn't a problem and a seamless transition. Highly recommend!!! Amazing Bank Period...

I have a business bank account with starling mobile and desktop based. No problems at all, brillient technology and customer service. Some of the larger high street banks should take a closer look at progressive banking such as Starling Bank. Reviewed on: 4th January 2020
