Easy to set up and operate

Great system for setting up the account and none of the hassle of the high street banks. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Easy to use real time Banking

Such an easy way to bank all done via the app notifications immediately of any transactions. I have also paired it with my Xero accounting software and it works with no issues and minimal interaction. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Best business account

I've had several business accounts with the high street banks, HSBC and Lloyd's. Non of them come close to the ease of Starling, also they cost money just for account which for a start up is an additional cost. Starling are helpful, responsive, easy to contact they're fantastic. I recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs bank. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Streamlines my banking

I'm a sole trader who does all the banking for my business. I moved from a High Street bank to Starling primarily because I was becoming increasingly disillusioned with the service, the cost and the poor online experience. Moving to Starling was straightforward and the responsiveness of the support team impressive from the get-go. The mobile app was clear, simple to use and integrated nicely with my accounting s/w. The platform evolves quickly to meet small business needs which tells me they're listening to their customers - in stark contrast to my old bank.
