After being with Starling I wish I had joined many years ago. The customer service we get and support for our business is far more than we would expect. From speaking to a human on the phone that endeavours to resolve our questions and to the ease of working out our financial situation as a business Starling will always be our number one bank to go to! I have loved setting up and using my Starling account. It couldn't be easier or clearer. It's a joy. I've had the account for a year so I can definitely vouch for it in terms of ongoing smooth user-friendly interface, and queries dealt with quickly if I've had any. Highly recommended. Everything works, and lovely people

First off. things work. the app works. It's easy to do what I need to do. I get notifications and the app lets me know before I'm about to go overdrawn so I can move money around.
