Excellent all the way through

My account was open quickly and smoothly online. I have been with starling for almost a year now, and the account features are just great, and the app is simple to use. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Much easier and more useful than expected

When I decided to change business banks I considered several organisations to select from. I have to say that I was a little nervous of an app only bank without the option to use my laptop to access my account. I need not have worried; the app is great and much easier to use that I had expected and new developments mean that I can now use my laptop anyway. Fantastic! Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Absolutely frictionless

The problem with my previous bank (4 letter acronym beginning with H) was that anything even slightly beyond the norm - for example, getting one of their new 'security pin pads' - required calling them (at their $ expense and my time expense) on top of a hideous web interface. You don't have to ring Starling to do things and their interface is beautiful and makes sense. Finally modern business banking. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Just does what it says on the tin

When I wanted to start my own business I was given a run-around by the more established banks, but then found Starling. The application process is fantastically quick and simple, and the app is exactly what I need and no more.
