Everything at your fingertips, the app is easy to navigate and very quick, any problems the customer service is great as well. Staff are pleasant and friendly, well informed, I've never been on a call to them more than a couple of minutes ! Neat little tricks like the "spaces" section allow you to shift your money sideways so you can save within the same account with just a couple of clicks. I really can't praise this bank enough ! Easy to use, and free

HSBC business account was absolutely woeful. Old fashioned login fob, overly complicated security logins, high fees, bad website. Starling is the opposite of all of that. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020
