Excellent

Switched from HSBC which was truly awful which was surprising as one of the worlds biggest bank’s they’re way behind the times... Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Easy to use, and free

HSBC business account was absolutely woeful. Old fashioned login fob, overly complicated security logins, high fees, bad website. Starling is the opposite of all of that. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

So far so good

Great bank

Easy to use and set up. Really great for small businesses. Down side they have prevented customers from using debit cards in self service petrol stations which can be a problem. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Simple, expediant and reliable

I used to use traditional business bank accounts (RBS + Santader) until 2017. At that stage i moved over to tide and thought it was good, 9 months later I moved over to Starling and I've not looked back since. The app is great, I can setup repeating payments, tag, reference things. I can setup goals, measure my spending and there are new developments all the time like the marketplace. Payments are fast and using the app on the mobile is a doddle. I'm a happy customer and looking forward to 2020 with the, Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Banking as it should be

From the original account set up, I cannot fault Starling. Fast and helpful customer service, responsive feedback to requests, integration with Xero etc. Most importantly - ultra easy to use, sophisticated account and finance management features all on mobile. Making banking easier!

Had a Starling current account and chose them to be my business bank, due to the ease of use and overall intuitive banking. Had no trouble moving bills and payments and when I needed help the online chat was excellent. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020
