It is so simple to use the app, and I am kept abreast of any transactions in real time. I also feel the security in place is very strong regarding adding new payees and large transactions, which provides confidence that your account is always being monitored. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

Easily managed online and fantastic customer service

Account is easily managed online and through the app. I recently had a fraudulent transaction through my account, which Starling acted on quickly and efficiently. My card was immediately cancelled, a replacement sent within a couple of days, and the money refunded to my account. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and couldn't have asked for better customer service. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024
