So good that I will close all other bank accounts

I initially applied for a business bank account with a competitor similar to Starling Bank. After more than a week of frustrating email conversations to open an account I decided to move on and to try Starling. Within 24 hours Starling opened my bank account. The app is extremely user-friendly. The support is gratifying. A few months later I opened my personal accounts with them and will move my high street bank accounts over to Starling. Straightforward app, works... and it's FREE

Free usually means a compromise somewhere, but in Starling's case I can't find one. As a small business owner, their account is essential to my business and the offering is much better than any of the traditional high street banks. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Efficient and Effective

What a breath of fresh air in the business banking landscape! It took me less than half an hour to have an account up and running and then a debit card in my hand 3 days later. The high street banks have some way to go to close the gap on this sort of service level ..... and I haven't experienced any of the system outages that are so often reported in the news for other banks. Starling integrates beautifully with Xero and I am recommending Starling to all of my clients. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Best bank I've used in years

A no fuss no nonsense product. Quick easy account opening, very polite helpful staff. I'll never leave this bank. Perfect for small businesses. Many improvements could be made to addother features, but am confident that these shall materialise in time. All in all a 10/10 service providor. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Excellent Service
