Started as a personal customer, added a joint account and now a business customer too.

Starling has been an amazing experience as a business customer. No fees so far, great self service model and achieving better control over small business accounts with the added xero integration. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Best Business Bank Account - and FREE!

Whilst most banks levy a number of charges for operating a business bank account, Starling offer a service with no monthly fees! A new account can be opened in a matter of minutes via the modern mobile app. With a similar feature set to the personal account, you get a Mastercard debit card, mobile access, instant spending notifications, card freezing ability, spending analytics, fee-free foreign spending/cash withdrawals and access to a number of complimentary services through the Starling Marketplace. This includes accounting, insurance, legal and loyalty products. One feature the business account has that isn't (yet) available to personal customers is access via a brand new web portal. This is a very slick web-based interface and is a very handy addition. Fast, friendly customer support is available 24/7 via the in-app chat and messaging services, or you can call to speak to someone. I have a personal account, joint account, Euro account and business account with Starling. I do all of my banking with them and recommend their products to all of my family, friends and colleagues. Best Business Bank Ever

I've had absolutely zero issues with Starling as a business bank account provider, and have been with them for almost a year now. I migrated to Starling from one of the big high street banks, after paying an absurd amount in business account fees. Starling provide a much better service, and let me access my money whenever I need - all without charging me a penny! Couldn't ask for more. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Best Business Banking Experience

The fact that my business account was opening for free while seated at home after some verifications has revolutionised online banking. Also I don't need to pay monthly fee like the mainstream banks or some extra charges for unnecessary issues will always make me recommend Starling bank for any business & at anytime.
