Easy and safe to use

Sole trader account

It has been straight forward process so far from signing up and having account. Easy to use app and good notifications, it’s nice that you can have access on same app with your current account and business. More integration with third party apps is welcoming as well. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Great customer service

I moved my business accounts from one of the big high street banks to Starling and have not regretted the discussion. The switchover was painless and on the occasions I have contacted the customer services team I had a quick response and a speedy resolution. Simple process, great service!

The account was so easy to set up. Whenever I have had to call the customer service department the advisors have been friendly and helpful solving my issues immediately. I love that I receive a notification message whenever money is paid into the account and also the day before any regular payments are due to go out. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Love it

Being a new small business, Starling offers a great product that is extremely competitive and gives the big banks a run for their money. For too long consumers have been ripped off by lack of competition and poor service and now challenger banks are coming in and clearing up. Keep up the great work! Highly recommended!
