Best For Functionality & Ease

I've found Starling Bank easy to use and I can track my spending much more easily and I get notified when and where I use my card to make purchases, I can track daily & monthly spending easily and quickly through the app and I can set up spaces, allowing me to save money or create pots for different things, like if I wanted to save for something special or for emergencies, I can do so nice and quickly with just a few taps. Starling Bank has made managing my money easier and I love using it. Reviewed on: 2nd January 2020

Extremely good bank

Starling is the best bank I have ever been with - hands down. Excellent app - good customer service. The only think they need to do to put the cherry on top is to launch paying in cheques through the app. Reviewed on: 31st December 2019

Exceptional in every respect.

Cant fault Starling at all, have been a personal customer for years and a business customer since the launch. Have had horrific experiences with other fintechs, especially the terrible one everyone knows, but have nothing but praise for Starling. Reviewed on: 31st December 2019

The absolute best bank I have ever used

I’ve used all the new start up banks and they all had their limitations, but not Starling. It’s mobile app is the best available, their support is fast and really helpful and the multiple users on a single business account is making my life so much easier! Some concerns

Yet to be convinced cash is safe. On a few occasions transactions taken incorrectly but Starling says 'you'll get it back within 30 days.' Other concern is that you can only call 'in emergencies'. Apart from that, ok so far. Reviewed on: 30th December 2019

Highly recommended and appreciated

I initially got a Starling account for the free cash withdrawals and payments in foreign countries and initially used it as a holiday account. Gradually I increased it to include money transfers to/from friends. Now I am in the process of switching my main account over to Starling. Whenever I have had query or an idea of how they could improve, I always felt that I have been listened too. Reviewed on: 30th December 2019
