Using Starling is great, and then being able to allow your young kids to use starling, just makes it all so much better. My kids both have their own starling space, a kite. Where they can view their own balances in their own app, get notifications and tack their spending, along with their own managed debit card. They feel so grown up and it has taught them the value of money at such a young age. I wish there was this option when I was younger. I would have got into saving much earlier in life. Love it! So simple to set up but still ensure brilliant protection and ML checks before approval! I love everything about my personal account from notifications to the “spaces” but in particular the Kite space- it means my son feels like he has his own bank account but I still have control control and overview of it. I can set a daily spending limit, so it means I can restrict the amount of sweets he’s buying after school! But increase it on a weekend if he is going shopping with friends. If he’s ever short of money I can easily and instantly transfer him money so he’s never short Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
