Reliable, Communicative, Continued Innovative Features Regularly Added, amazing customer service, allowing bills to be paid from spaces is a great new feature I absolutely love and is well overdue in the industry and the appdate email newsletter is a wonderful and welcome communication method with customers - I am always happy to see them and read through those emails which says a lot in a world where 99% of emails are just junk that’s quickly deleted. The easiest bank to bank with

I've been with a few banks over the years and Starling is by far the easiest to use. The app is phenominal and the fact that I can do all that I need to do in the app means I don't have to deal with phoning anyone which makes my introverted self very happy. The settle up feature is also such a joy to use and people are always impressed when I get them to use it to pay me back.
