The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Great bank

I’ve moved from HSBC as a result of the shocking levels of service over the last 18 months. My experience with Starling so far has been great, account switch was effortless and whenever I’ve had a query it has been solved quickly and efficiently. Too many times have I contacted HSBC via the app and got a response 24-36 hours later! Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Great to have access to card details in the app

I often forget my wallet but always have my phone, even when working in the home office, garden, out with kids etc. being able to view my card details in the app means I can buy things my family needs .. there and then, before I forget! Simple switch, simple to use

Effortless modern banking

I’m 3 years into my Starling love affair, I’ve closed off all my old fashioned high street accounts and just keep Starling for my current banking needs. The app is beautifully designed, easy to use, has relevant and useful features. Everything is real-time and highly secure.
