The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Brilliant banking!

Fantastic bank for everything. I particularly like Kite and all it’s features and also that I can have a Euro account and can exchange Sterling to Euros and back again in seconds and for very little expense. I love it all! Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

Excellent online bank

Great ideas like the recent ability to pay bills from designated spaces which really helps budgeting. With online/app only I wondered what would happen if I had a problem but when an atm kept my card, starling staff were quick to answer the phone and sorted a replacement card which arrived in a couple of days. I'm a pensioner and not great with tech but I think the starling app is one of the best. Reviewed on: 17th January 2022
