Great bank

On line banking made simple. I opened an account for using on overseas trips and I have not been disappointed. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

How banking should be.

From the simple set up process, to the outstanding app, moving my day to day banking to Starling has been the best thing I have ever done. I have never had such visibility and control of my finances as I do now and that is all down to this bank. The couple of occasions I have needed to use their customer service, their staff have been nothing but helpful and questions have been answered quickly and efficiently. They deserve all the awards. What a great bank

I recently switched and am very impressed with the app and switching experience. In app features are very useful and user friendly. Easy to set up new payees and you can pay in cheques using the app too. Great! Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

Best and most convenient bank

Lovely easy transition from my previous bank. Excellent app with good security and amazing functionality. Card is lovely and when I had to contact customer service re: name change they were lovely. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

Quick and simple

Mobile app is very quick easy to use and seems secure. Slightly light on features, but that may be a good thing. Would like to see more budget reporting. Would like to see better online site (prefer a bigger screen to review finance's), but they seem to be progressive and feel from their blogs and news that new features are going to be added over time.
