The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Everything Excellent

Opening the account was quick, no visiting branches or queueing. Once opened, I received a card in 2 days. The app is responsive and very quick, I get an instant confirmation of money going out/coming in. I’ve had no problems whatsoever, and have liked my experience with Starling so much that I have moved my business bank accounts to Starling too! Reviewed on: 8th April 2021

Easy to use and accessible

I have been a Starling customer for a few years and have found every aspect very user friendly and speedy. From applying for the account to managing my money. Practical Banking

If you wrote a wish list for a bank account Starling would fulfill most of the requirements. The feature which drew me in originally was being able to use my card abroad without fees, but all the other benefits have gone on to make this the best current account I have operated.
