The bank that changed online banking forever

I’ve been using starling bank for 3 years now and the experience has been amazing. When ever I’m on holiday I have no stress to needing to find good rates as I can withdraw £300 at the banks rates. If I need to call starling customer services I can do it right in the app and they give you a one time security number within the app for security. So much easier than other banks. When I make a payment I get a notification straight away saying it’s been sent. With my other banks if my friends send me money I have to login in and refresh the app to check. With starling you just get a notification saying it’s been sent and the amount. This bank account has simply been amazing and I really do wish they stay this way for years to come. I’ve got so many of my family members to open accounts with starling too because the simplicity and the features are just unmatched in the online banking market place. Reviewed on: 1st April 2021

Breath of fresh air for retail banking

Finally, a retail bank that's responsive to its customers' needs. I've nothing but praise for Starling since I switched earlier this year. Seamless transfer of my old account, easy to use app and a simple, transparent way of managing my money. The icing on the cake was the simplicity of opening up a joint account - a matter of minutes compared to the weeks it would have taken with my old provider! Very easy to use

I think one of the best things about starling is being able to use post offices to pay cash in, and being able to submit cheques using the app. It saves taking trips to city centers just for Banking. Reviewed on: 1st April 2021

Modern banking made wasy

So glad we found Starling Bank! So easy to set up, and even link a joint account to. Really helped us budget by categorising our spends. We’ve used the round up feature to use towards our kids monthly savings. Brilliant idea!
