I have been with starling for nearly 18 months and am so pleased I made the switch. Everything is so easy to use and the times I have needed to ring them I have spoken to someone and had my matter sorted quickly and efficiently, they even confirm when they have actioned my requests or solved a issue by messaging me direct. The process of open account is very thorough but accessible. While other banks required one to make physical visits even during heights of lockdown, Starling Bank had a well thought out and safe online platform to help clients.
