Excellent At Every Level

I did a lot of research when changing banks during my divorce. I decided to go with an on line bank because everything is on line and just thought it would be easier to bank online as well. I read articles on Starling Bank and was particularly impressed that it was founded and developed by a very smart and savvy lady! I love that I am kept up to date 24/07 and I’m a lot less likely to miss any payments these days as I am reminded by Starling whet will be taken out the following day and when I need to top up my account etc. Just loving it. Love being able to save for things

It is reassuring to keep your savings protected but still access if needed also really enjoy the instant messages about payments into and out of the account. Really easy to see what payments you have made to a single person or company. All round nice bank account Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

A promise met

I needed a separate bank account to gather up some family money. My existing bank of 30 years said they might be able to help and would come back to me. I then saw a Starling advert saying 'a new account in 10 minutes'. Ten months more likely given past experience with banks. But nothing ventured nothing gained and I gave Starling a go. Surprise, surprise the account at Starling was opened in 9 minutes 30 seconds. I am still waiting for my old bank, soon to be exbank, to come back to me! No surprise. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

Excellent service

using it as a day to day spending, instead of my main account. Helpful for keeping track of my purchases, really fast replacement card delivery. Easy to block card if lost/misplaced. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021
