Good bank

Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

New Customer

I had been frustrated with out-dated banks and building societies who hadn't moved with the time and offer flexible banking methods so I recently transferred to Starling. So far it has all been great and very easy. For the first time in a long time I am not feeling the anxiety and frustrations of bad customer service. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

When you go 'wow'

Opening up the account was so straight forward thay anyone can do it. Tye instant feedback fir account was brilliant so I knew what was happening. Amazing Overdraft along with first class security for your account whether it's on Apple or Android the bank keeps your money safe. I adore the way I have so much control via the app with my account Inc turning the card off if I cannot find it. Obe other main thing which is a must and other banks should take note is the instant update to withdrawals or paying in stores give me a message within seconds of my activities. Thanks Starling. Reliable, insighftul, easy to use

Not really sure why anyone bothers with the high street banks these days, they're all just playing catch up on features that have been available as standard with Starling since the start. Haven't looked back since switching over a year ago and look forward to them bringing out further consumer products. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021
