Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

No drama!

Had a query, due to my forgetting a transaction, I made, that due to lack of WiFi didn't come off my account right away. So used to the immediate response to my spending. The team were excellent and sorted me out. Reviewed on: 25th February 2021

Best bank ever

Not only can they be contacted through live chat 24hrs a day, they are quick, efficient, and a bank I have never had any problems with... Which is a first! Been with them 4 years and I can't recommend them enough! Reviewed on: 25th February 2021

Excellent services awesome customer service an all round excellent bank

What can I say about starling bank in one word... AWESOME... they have not just helped me get my finances straight but also allowed me to have separate spaces for my children's cards which is giving them the ability to understand the power of saving they will definitely be loyal customers in their financial futures... Why didn't I do it sooner?

Moved from one of the high street banks on the account switiching service, really slick and no problems. Have contacted customer service for an issue, which was resolved per my expectations. The App allows you to check the spend by categories, though could do with more options. Managed to pay in cheques without an issue. Think that the only improvements would be for Marketplace and a linked savings account for spaces. Reviewed on: 24th February 2021

Round the world!

Fantastic for travelling and transferring money easily. I’ve had no issues in any country I’ve travelled to and found that my high street banks have all has international issues at points. Love starlings use ability, it’s vision and it’s backstory. Reviewed on: 24th February 2021

User friendly

Clean interface makes easy to monitor the expenses and the account overall. Signing up was very fast and 21st century appropriate all done from smartphone. Reviewed on: 24th February 2021

Does what it's meant to do and very reliable too friendly when you talk to them it's like meeting mates in a pub garden whenever you need to ask for help
