Bank who care for you

No matter your issue starling bank are always there to talk to. Live chat available all the time being able to talk to someone on live chat within 5 minutes at 11pm when I had a issue was great. So accessible!

My partner recommended Starling Bank. I was a bit apprehensive at first for two reasons. 1. as it’s all online and I wasn’t sure how safe it would be and 2. I’m terrible with technology so I thought it might not be for me. How wrong I was! It’s so easy to use and it’s on my phone so it’s to hand when needed. I love that it has ‘Spaces’ so you can move money there if you’re saving for something and it won’t get eaten up so to speak! It’s the best choice I ever made banking wise. Thank you Starling Bank! Best bank I've ever used!

Smart spp

Great banking that keeps improving

We love Starling, so easy to use yet gives confidence about security too. Love the fact that it over the last year or so, they've introduced account verification on setting up new payments plus additional authorisation for unusual transactions via the app. Even the winter then for the app is a bit of fun.
