Avoid Starling Bank they don't let you use your own... Avoid Starling Bank they don't let you use your own money by stopping you transferring it between your own accounts and also returned a £20 direct deb... Read more Reviewed on: 21st August 2026

Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Such a great bank. Sign up is very quick and easy and didn't take long at all. Love that I can lock and unlock my card and love the spaces feature - I've been using it for the past year to save towards things and absolutely love it. The Round-Ups are a great feature too.
