Just a revolutionary experience

I've never experienced anything like Starling. The app is easy to use and the service is so responsive that I get an instant notification of what I've spent, with whom, and even a surprisingly accurate categorisation of the type of purchase it was. Brilliant and convenient. Best modern Bank with the best understanding of modern issues and great for customer support and a great selection of accounts with great value and clever interest rates on saving accounts!

Starling are now well ahead of first direct (my former bank) in my opinion, first direct having led the way for many years, but have now slipped behind due to their lack of being pro-active in continually developing their product/s.

I have both a Sterling and a Euro current account with Starling. It has made it so straight forward and value for money to convert Pounds to Euros and send on payments to France. The app is easy to navigate and provides a useful recap of spending. Only used customer service once but the service was excellent too and very friendly. Reviewed on: 24th January 2021
