Good bank

Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Very good for travelling

Obtained an account to avoid exchange fees abroad and now use the account for everyday personal spending. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Love it

I love the savings spaces, i put money aside each week for certain bills that go out monthly and then when theyre due i get a reminder from starling and make sure its in my account. Ive recommended this bank to multiple people and they have all moved banks to starling and love it just as much as i do. The reminders, the savings spots and the ease of navigation through the app is amazing and couldn’t recommend this bank enough! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

The best bank!

My whole experience with Starling has been fantastic. They actually understand their customer needs and have geared their operations around that. They are a joy to deal with. They contrast hugely with the other main banks who seem to actively go out of their way to make your banking life as difficult as possible. Thank heavens for Starling. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Honest, transparent and easy to use

Having left one of the high street banks, my only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner. Starling are transparent, upfront and honest with everything they do, and there seems to be a genuine care and appreciation for customers, treating them as people not just numbers. Perfect

I moved from a 'traditional' bank last year and have been blown away by Starling. The customer service is excellent and completely focused on what I need, rather than internal processes.
