Customers Bank!!

Starling does everything an account holder wants. It helps those who aren't that good with money to save in an easy way. It helps those who go abroad to spend in local currency with no extra fees and tell you straight away how much you spent. It helps those with problems eg. Compulsive gamblers by being able to block card and no quick ot easy way to unblock giving the person time to take a break. Starling is the most customer savvy bank! The Bank you wish you always had.

Never has banking been so easy. Everything is in my hand, no waiting in line and wasting my time. Control of every penny provided by a very functional, easy to use App. Customer service 24 / 7 and things get sorted there and then when you need them. 1st Class Banking

Starling puts customers 1st. The moment you get in touch helping you is their number 1 priority. Living in rural Wales there are no Banks branches so having the app friendly Starling Bank was a game changer for me. I also love that they listen to their feedback and look to continually improve their services. The big Banks are now dinosaurs merely wanting to be insurance brokers. Banking made simple

Starling is very easy to use. I especially like the useful information, such as telling me when I last made a payment to a particular person and how much for, when I’m looking to make a new payment. If I’m paying the window cleaner for example I can see how long it’s been since he last visited! I like the spaces, which means I can put money aside for certain expenses.
