Great bank

Great bank account to have for keeping track of your spending and also for using abroad when traveling. Customer service always been helpful when needed too. Reviewed on: 26th January 2020

The best bank by far

Starling bank really has reinvented online banking and given me the control of my finances, the customer service is second to none, real time alerts excellent and the app is so simple to use. I have recommended starling to my partner who now also has an account with starling. My faith in banking is being restored, and my confidence in customer service, coming back. Excellent all round service

Simple, straightforward banking

I opened the account for use abroad, due to the lack of charges and better exchange rate, and have since found the speed of updates and ease of use far superior to the better known high street banks, in fact, a completely different league. Everything from setting up the account, transferring/spendy money (in whatever currency), updates on what has been spent, and the use of the app have been flawless, I only wish I had found them sooner.
