Good bank

Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Not a greedy bank

Won’t charge you a million pounds for going into overdraft. Intuitive app, streamlined and smooth. Miles ahead of traditional banks. Only negative I can think of is having to post a cheque to deposit it, but that’s not a commonly occurring thing anyway. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

The way all banks should be!!

The smartphone app is fantastic and you get a notification of a payment made way before most systems in shops have authorised your payment. It's great to see where you have spent your money & on what. All my family have now opened an account with Starling & they all love it. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

Changed my relationship with banks forever.

I used to have bad money management. I was unable to open an account with the legacy banks and decided to give Starling Bank a chance. I can’t go back to an ordinary account. Banking made wasy

Let’s be honest, banking is generally dull, you have money go in and go out. The app has made me more aware of where and how I spend my money. Improving my credit score as a direct result. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

Effortless to set up, easy to use app

Setting up the account was effortless, and the card arrived quickly. Everything happens instantly (I get a Starling notification about transfers before the bank I've sent the money from has even confirmed that it's been sent) and the app is nicely streamlined and quick to use. Starling are fab!

Love the user interface and being able to track my money. They are always available to help, and setting up was as easy as pie (from my sofa, at home). I've even managed to get my mum to have a Starling current act - she is amazed by how easy and user friendly it is. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020
