Simply does everything it says on the tin

Excellent customer service, great app, it all just works and it's so simple. They could do with some savings accounts but that would be my only criticism and they will probably get to this at some point. Reviewed on: 24th January 2020

A modern bank for modern people.

I was quite sceptical about the benefits of a purely online bank when I first heard about Starling, but to be absolutely honest every experience that I have had with them has been a positive one. From the very fact that I can conduct my banking in Europe without incurring a charge, down to the fact that my interest is credited immediately, and the fact that the Starling banking app on my phone is so easy and convenient to use are all indications that not only do they have excellent real life credentials but they are also on top of their form with regard to their software are all very positive indications for the future. Game changer

Revolutionised the way I see money

Having that joint account experience of us both spending simultaneously often brought confusion and overdrafts. Not anymore. Instant notifications showing us where the money has gone.
