I was an early believer in the Bank vision. I used their service as a second opinion for a while, then I made my decision to fully put my trust in them. I started receiving my salary in my Starling account. Their customers service is exceptionally good, which made fall more and more into it. I used my card abroad and was never disappointed. There was no charges not so ever for using the card for foreign currencies. All in all, it was one of my very good decisions in my life to join Starling. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Simple online application, no paperwork, no phone calls...Everything is straight forward & uncomplicated. Instant notifications of any transactions so you know where your money is going. I have had my account with Starling for almost 2 years now. Best bank I have opened an account with. I travel a lot with my fiancé for work and the exchange rates Starling offer are by far the best! They also offer an online banking app which is so simple and straight forward to use. I would definitely recommend Starling Bank! Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

easy to use banking app - brilliant

I opened a Starling current account in August 2019 using their so-easy-to-use banking app. It was a doddle to get set up and use - simplicity at its best. The finger print login is fast but very secure. The best feature is the instant text message confirming the amount you have spent. This it is very reassuring and mostly eliminates the need for a printed card receipt. The breakdown of total spend is also useful. The interest on any balance, whilst small, also comes in useful and I really value the low charge and excellent exchange rate when using my Starling card abroad. Starling Bank is the easiest way to manage day to day banking with instant notification of spending incredibly useful. This combined with the ability to set a savings goal and ease of accessing the account makes Starling my first choice bank.choice Reviewed on: 19th January 2020
