Seamless, inexpensive banking

Starling has a lot going for it. The customer service is excellent, the app works without fault. It does everything my high Street bank does, without fees, either monthly or for any transactions. I don't use the overdraft facility, but if I did I know the fees are much more reasonable then a high street bank. Paying in cheques is more fiddly as you have to post it to them in a prepaid envelope. I hope the app will soon have the ability to pay in cheques online. Apart from paying cheques, there's no need to go into a branch, even if they had any. You can definitely ditch your high street bank for Starling, and you won't miss it one bit. Great customer service, cost effective and slick user experience
