Incredibly efficient

I was hesitant to change from a regular UK Bank (HSBC), but Man was it worth the jump. Spaces provide a creative way of visualising your savings, the budgeting segment of the app is effortlessly customisable and clear. We are very happy! Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

Easy to use

The app is well thought out, easy to use and works reliably. Even has great little details like telling me how much I've sent to each payee this year and giving me my balance after transferring as I'm filing in the box for amount. The spaces for saving money is a great way to put cash aside for different things. It's like someone thought out all the things people dislike about banking and found a way to make things better! Perfect banking in the modern world

Very fast user friendly app which makes managing your money so easy. Its particularly useful when travelling in the Euro zone as payments of any amount can be paid through Google Pay, instantly. The conversion takes place in seconds and shows the sterling amount. Good exchange rate and no fees, brilliant. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020

The app for Starling Bank easily matches those of other challengers in terms of its speed and ease but also offers the detail and performance of those of the larger banks too. This is an app that says “let’s make an app that helps us bank better, and let’s build a bank around that” not just “we’re a bank that offers an app”. From its friendly interface to an incredible team of customer support staff, this is a 21st century bank and app in every sense, which work in perfect harmony without any of the hassle and, crucially, without compromising anywhere leaving me to get on with the important stuff day-to-day, knowing that I have a bank that’s ready when I need it to be.
