Quick to set up and user friendly

Love the instant payment notifications - in the Caribbean I was even notified of payments before signing the cheque. Also notification of direct debits 24 hours in advance helps make sure funds are available in advance. Setting up accounts was incredibly easy - on a Sunday afternoon we set up a personal account and joint account in around 15 minutes. Reviewed on: 10th November 2019

Easiest to use and best mobile banking experience

Couldn't recommend enough. Straightforward set up process, support and an all round reliable experience. Wish there were more new features targeted at personal rather than business but current offering is very good. Reviewed on: 10th November 2019

Good app, interest, a foreign currency as it should be

I originally got my Starling bank account to take advantage of the seamless foreign exchange - both for travel and gifting currency to family abroad at the best possible rates. I discovered a simple to use, intuitive app that also gives a small amount of interest. Why can’t all banks be like this? Reviewed on: 9th November 2019

Starling just works, and it’s great to find a product that is that effortless. They’ve also included links to make your money work better for you and customer service is excellent.
