starling seem to be the only bank to have asked customers what they want and then offered it, without constant caveats of “but we need this security device” or “but you need to have this default setting for budgeting” or “but that’s too hard, have this instead”. A bank which you are excited to have. Who would have thought it.

Overall, the app and customer service is brilliant. There hasn't been one problem using the product and with all the added features over my normal bank, it's a joy to use. The ability to track transactions by merchants has helped me cut down on unnecessary spending and helps towards budgeting each month. I can't wait to see what other features they bring out that will help with budgeting. Reviewed on: 7th November 2019

Greatest and easiest bank EVER

Starling always make banking so easy, I opened my account in just 5 minutes when I was on my lunch break, and after all the security checks I was able to use my card THE SAME DAY with Apple Pay! I love banking with starling specially when I am aboard, I usually go to France, Portugal or buying goods in internet in another currency but with starling is 100% FREE even using ATM has no extra charge. I’ve been baking with starling for about one year now and it’s the only bank I need. Now I have Current, Euro and business account with this bank and I love it. Reviewed on: 7th November 2019
