A fresh banking experience

I saw an advertisement for Starling Bank on Sunday, read up about them on Monday morning, completed the application process Monday evening and had my new debit card by Wednesday morning. All done without stress or worry. The app is clear and easy to use. Paying cash in over the Post Office counter is effortless. Applying to open a current account at 3 of the “big banks” over the years was an awful time consuming ordeal, one in which I was made to feel that the bank was doing me a massive favour and charging me for the privilege. Starling knows people!

Set up is brilliant! Withdrawals, change of pins, deposits... all easy and hassle free. Whereas, the big banks basically make you saw off your arm to use their app or change the pin or deposit money. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019
