Who knew 'banks' could be this good.

Everything has been absolutely seamless. The breakdown of your spending activity is a great feature to inform budgeting. The app is crisp, extremely responsive and incredibly user friendly. Adding payees is easy. When my card was cloned in Guatemala and had money stolen Starling sorted it out and refunded my money within 2 days. No foreign transaction fees. Fantastic customer service. Starling are transparent and offer regular updates that are accessible and not preachy (natwest). Best of all, no f***ing ads with horses, songs, old people, babies etc trying to pretend they're 'by your side' F*** off lloyds. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

The best bank I've been with

Modern, easy, banking

Hands down I found the best bank. Well deserved 5-star bank account.

1. Every transaction is immediately reflected which is a mistery to some other banks. 2. Easy to use platform. This is where practicality meets security. 3. No fees. No current account fee, foreign transaction fees are absent and so is foreign cash withdrawal. Other banks should follow the same principles. A truly inovative bank

As many middle aged people, I was a bit skeptical of entrusting my entire income to an entirely online bank, relatively new to the market. But it was the best decision ever. The experience is made so simple, from opening the account to making oversees payments into different currency. The app is very well thought, with a simple and intuitive design and, best of all, it just works! Want your bank account number? Three taps and it’s there. Want your card details? A couple taps and it’s there. Want to send money abroad? No need to whip out any manual or call customer service. Just follow the simple, well laid out steps and you’re done in 5 minutes. And best of all? This app hasn’t crashed once on iOS. When taking this review into consideration, keep in mind I own four accounts in three different countries and three different currencies. Starling has proven by far the best experience. The only thing it can do to be perfect (from my point of view) is to not charge international bank transfers into different currency. But that’s not something many need. For many, it’s already perfect. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Already recommended and joint account set up.

I have had a very good experience with Starling Bank, from setting up the account to all the different uses within the App such as saving for different things with ease and transferring money is a doddle. The occasions I have had to speak to customer service they have been very helpful. All things considered I'm glad I took a chance with an online bank it has restored my faith in banks.
