Excellent banking experience, I've fully switched to Starling

I have had account with 6 High Street banks since I emigrated to the UK almost a decade ago. I've had bad experiences, and okay experiences. I've now fully switched to Starling, my salary is paid in to my account evrry month, and I am having an excellent banking experience. The sign up was very fast and smooth. Support has been nothing short of stellar. I run an IT service desk in a major public institution and I understand how difficult it is to get customer support right. Starling don't just do it properly, I've actually never experienced anything this good before. I have recommended this bank to all my friends, some have joined. Others have joined close competitors. I do have a secondary account with a major competitor app only bank, but Starling will remain my main bank. This is the way banking should be done. Long may it continue! Seamless Banking from the Off...

Setting up the account took minutes, my debit card arrived within days and my first (cheque) deposit was made without any fuss whatsoever. The online/mobile integration is first class, easy to use and so far faultless. Best banking I've had in nearly fifty years... Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Best bank account ever

This bank account has made my life so much easier. It’s a great bank with lots of amazing features. The app is so simple and updates me in everything. I’ve got 3 Bank account that I just don’t use anymore. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

New kid on the block

Starling is obviously a new bank in banking terms but it throws all the old school banking ways out the window and asks what does the customer want. For me personally i use this account instead of a traditional bank as its transactions are quicker, update me by notification, advise me of up coming payments if my account won't have enough starling sends me a notification. This bank is far superior to any other bank i know off. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Easy/reliable

Never felt so great and sure about an online bank. Easy to use, fast and the opening is great, you can tell they make sure we are who we say we are. Also really great to use everywhere, even abroad without surprises. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019
