Easy to use, support is brilliant, constantly improving.

I was sceptical when I first heard about Starling being not only an Internet bank, but actually being a mobile phone app only bank. I have had no issues at all, the support is quick to respond. The app is very easy to use, they are constantly improving and adding additional services, can't recommend them highly enough. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

How banking should be

Instant notifications and visibility on all transactions, hardly any fees for doing anything, even pays interest, and I like their purple :) Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

This is how modern day banking should be

From the initial setting up of the account to the day to day running of it, everything is just simple. All the functionality of my high street and then some, with updates and notifications when you want them, not up to a week later. All my family are moving there accounts across now. Wonderful mobile banking experience

The best thing about Starling is its responsiveness. The chatroom in the app provides assistance to customers 24/7. I have always got a helpful solution straightaway from them instead of meaningless bureaucratic response. Strongest candidate among all for the award. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019
