Great App

Starling is the future

I have nothing but great things to say about Starling Bank, I’ve been singing their praises to anyone and everyone who will listen (and some who didn’t want to listen). The account set up was super simple, the app is effortless and the customer service is incredibly efficient and a pleasure to access. Regular updates regarding available products and interest earned are well timed and never feel instrusive. I also have an account with a ‘traditional’ bank and I can honestly say that Starling Bank is my first choice, and am in the process of moving my main banking over to my Starling account. Whilst bells and whistles aren’t always the be all and end all of everything the packing and design used but Starling Bank just highlights the fact that they’ve put a lot of thought into every last detail. Modern banking ahead of everyone else

I joined First Direct when they were ahead of everyone else. Then they just became another bank. Starling brought something new, simple and a service ahead of everone else - fee free atm withdrawals abroad with mastercard exchange rates, simple yet secure app access with an interface modelled on what modern banking customers actually want, and instant transaction notifications. Fenomonal Savings feature

Being able to ring fence money within your current account and attribute to certain goals is brilliant. My savings rate has gone through the roof which the smalles of effort. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Rapid opening. Easy to use

I opened an account as Starling were one of the very few banks who had a connector to Fitbit. I wanted to pay for coffee using my watch. The experience has been great and I have encouraged all my family to get an account. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Fantastic bank! Really happy with it.

Excellent service

Saves me a lot of money when I pay by card or withdraw money abroad. Customer service is very efficient and love the immediate notifications of what I have spent - usually before the transaction has finished proceasing. Much needed modern bank app

Starling is a breath of fresh air for those who have had to deal with slow and cluttered Bank apps for years. It is such a nice modern take on banking with many quality of life features. It is easy and simple to use with features such as exchanging money at almost the mid market rate with no fees! Something that many high Street banks do not do. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

As it should be

I joined Starling in early 2018 for their clever handling of Euro payments and cash withdrawals ready for my holidays. The speedy notifications and ease of use blew me away whilst I was abroad so as soon as I got back I switched to Starling as my main account. I have not looked back.
