How banking should be

Starling have created something so simple to use I actually forget it's a bank sometimes. They give you updates on their roadmap and developments as they go rather than you just find out a new feature has been released. The customer service is so easy and convenient to contact. Right within the app via chat. But most importantly they listen to ideas and feedback from customers on what we are missing. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Smooth, fast, modern, open

Near-perfect bank with much better experience than any other big banks. It is super fast and enables our familiy to have a real-time view on our expenses and take back control. We are now just waiting for cash/junior ISA savings, credit card, euro account and better insurance deals/partnerships for it to be absolutely perfect. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Fabulous easy free banking.

Banking with a traditional bank I was charged a £6 fee for once going into overdraft on one day by £12!! Time for a fresh new approach to banking - well done Starling. Fabulous APP and great customer service too. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Sterling bank has helped me out alot.

The best bank I have every joined the experience I have had with starling has been amazing. If you needed help they are easy to contact and they give 100% professional service to there customers. Beats all other banks in every way

I didn't think I would ever be as enthusiastic about a bank to bother writing a review but Starling is just in a class of its own. Unlimited fee-free cash withdrawals abroad, fantastic app interface, excellent customer service and cheap foreign transfers. What's not to love?? Reviewed on: 9th February 2019
